1. Refunds & Returns

General Policy
Due to the specific nature of our products and the strict storage conditions they require, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We sell official brands and also generic unbranded products. Unlike typical retail items, our generic medicines must be handled with the utmost care, and once delivered, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Exceptional Circumstances – Compensation Payment
In the unlikely event that a medicine does not produce its intended medical effect when used correctly:

  • You must notify us immediately, ensuring that you have followed all usage instructions (please note that fatty foods and alcohol may slow the effect of the medication).
  • Upon confirmation of the issue, we will provide you with a return address for sending the medication back.
  • Once the returned product is inspected and the issue is verified, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 days.

Please note: This compensation is an exception and only applies if the product’s intended effect is demonstrably not achieved under proper usage conditions.


2. Delivery Terms

  • Shipping Origin & Timeline:
    Our medicines are shipped directly from the US. Standard delivery typically takes between 10 to 17 days. In some instances, delays of up to an additional week may occur.
  • Order Not Received:
    If your order has not arrived by the stated deadline, please contact our support team immediately so we can advise on the best course of action.
  • Non-Returnable Nature:
    Given the unique storage and handling requirements of our products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

3. Order Cancellation & Address Verification

  • Cancellation Policy:
    Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours after purchase. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
    Action Required: Contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
  • Address Verification:
    Before finalizing your order, please verify that the destination address is correct. Should you notice any errors, contact us promptly so that corrections can be made.

4. Personal Data & Security

  • We respect your privacy and will never share your personal data provided during the order process.
  • All transactions are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption, and our servers are periodically inspected by independent firms to ensure your data remains safe.
  • Our support team only has access to the last four digits of your credit card number for security purposes.

5. Terms & Conditions and Usage Policy

  • Governing Law:
    All transactions on this site are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus and fall under the jurisdiction of Cypriot courts.
  • Eligibility & Contract Formation:
    You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Cyprus to register on our site. An order is considered an invitation to treat until we issue a sale invoice and verify the order with our pharmacist. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Medical Disclaimer:
    The information provided on our site is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always read labels and instructions carefully, and consult your doctor if you experience any health concerns.
  • Usage Policy:
    Our Acceptable Use Policy governs all activities on our site. Any use of our services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes may result in suspension or termination of your account.

    For orders shipped to the USA, shipments may be subject to inspections by US Customs and the FDA. These inspections can cause delays or even non-delivery. In such cases, TOG Limited is not liable for refunds.

    TOG Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your consumer rights remain unaffected by any changes made.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for any delays within 10 days after the estimated delivery date (or an additional working day if local holidays apply).
  • If an incorrect address is provided or if delivery is prevented by the customer (e.g., by not claiming the package), we are not responsible for non-delivery.
  • We are not responsible for any discrepancies in product appearance or packaging that do not affect the product’s effectiveness.
  • By placing an order with us, you agree to these limitations of liability. TOG Limited reserves the right to take legal action or restrict service if claims are made contrary to these terms.
